资源简介:
This dataset contains the complete clinical and laboratory records from a randomized controlled trial investigating the effects of oral probiotic supplementation on in vitro fertilization (IVF) and pregnancy outcomes. Participants were women aged 18–35 years undergoing IVF, divided into control and intervention groups. Variables include demographic data (age, BMI), hormonal profiles (LH, FSH, AMH, TSH, prolactin, estradiol, progesterone), oocyte quality parameters (maturity stages GV, MI, MII, zona pellucida transparency, cytoplasm homogeneity), fertilization and cleavage rates, embryo quality grades, and clinical pregnancy outcomes. The intervention group received probiotic supplements prior to and during ovarian stimulation, while the control group underwent standard IVF protocols without probiotics. Two files are provided:Data 2 (Pregnancy) — detailed IVF cycle data for all participants.Demographic Information — baseline characteristics and hormone levels.Data are anonymized and provided under a CC BY 4.0 license, allowing unrestricted use with appropriate citation. This dataset supports research on gut–reproductive axis interactions, the influence of probiotics on embryo development, and reproductive medicine outcomes.
