Global lake GHG fluxes database

The database provides GHG flux measurements from global lakes, along with related properties, including lake area, lake depth, lake type, and the concentrations of GHGs, DOC, TN, TP, and Chl-a in the surface water layer, if such data are available.The R program "Calculating the mean value for each lake" is used to calculate the mean of GHG fluxes and related parameters when multiple measurements were available for the same lake.The R programs in “UpscalingMethod.zip” file are used to upscale the GHG emissions to the global scale by Monte Carlo simulation.<br>
