Validation reports for human mini-collagen VI and bovine collagen VI microfibrils.
Movies have been included showing each of the maps.
AlphaFold2 and AlphaFold3 models of human and bovine sequences of C1C2 and N1 heterotrimers.
The model for the full double-bead region has been generated using the structure of the locally refined C-terminal region with rigid body docking of the C1 and N1 domains and segments of collagenous regions to the 6.36A bead map. This is intended as an illustrative model and has not undergone refinement to the cryoEM map so there are some chain breaks and geometrical irregularities in the collagenous region.
