U.S. AI tools popularity 2023, by brand

As of November 2023, around 59 percent of adult artificial intelligence (AI) tool users in the United States preferred ChatGPT, making it the most liked AI-powered tool in the country. Google Gemini (formerly Bard) ranked second, as cited by 44 percent of respondents. Snapchat My AI followed, being mentioned by around 36 percent of respondents, while Meta AI and Microsoft Copilot (formerly Bing Chat) were preferred by around 35 percent of interviewees each. Overall, around 58 percent of the interviewees stated they had used artificial intelligence (AI) tools that year.
