Data and R script: Lean muscle mass, not aggression, mediates an association between dominance rank and average testosterone levels in wild male chimpanzees

Data and R script used to prepare a manuscript entitled, "Lean muscle mass, not aggression, mediates an association between dominance rank and average testosterone levels in wild male chimpanzees". Data include behavioral data (e.g., aggression rates, pant-grunts) as well as urinary testosterone and creatinine values for 34 adult male chimpanzees from the Ngogo community of Kibale National Park, Uganda.
