Data for manuscript entitled "Estimation of Carbon Fluxes in Urban Vegetation Using Machine Learning Emulators of the Land Surface Model JSBACH"

Three CSV files containing information on plant functional type (PFT)–specific gross primary production (GPP) and net ecosystem exchange (NEE) fluxes for JSBACH (used for emulator training and evaluation), as well as the daily and monthly emulator predictions in the manuscript "Estimation of Carbon Fluxes in Urban Vegetation Using Machine Learning Emulators of the Land Surface Model JSBACH" by Vasenkari et al. (2026). The README file contains information on the file structure and units. A more thorough description on the JSBACH simulations and emulator training can be found in the associated manuscript and its supplement.
