Light illumination and photosynthetic products induce the phosphorylation of penultimate Thr of PM H+-ATPase. To obtain a transcriptional change which account for the phosphorylation of penultimate Thr of PM H+-ATPase in leaves, RNA-seq was performed using dark-adapted leaves of Arabidopsis (Col-0) with four different treatment conditions. Dark-adapted Arabidopsis leaves from 4- to 5-week-old plants were subjected to white-light illumination (Lt), incubation with 30 mM sucrose solution (Suc), or 30 mM mannitol solution for 30 min. Reference control samples for the Lt and Suc conditions were dark-adapted leaves (Dk) and 30 mM mannitol-solution-incubated leaves (Man), respectively. All experiments were repeated four times independently.
