Telstra OptiComm Velocity Estates

This data set describes the 130 designated service areas in the Velocity Estates where both Telstra and OptiComm are the Statutory Infrastructure Providers (SIPs) until the phased transfer of operational control of the networks from Telstra to OptiComm is completed.\r\n\r\nOpticomm and Telstra have jointly published a Transition Roadmap and Schedule which includes transition commencement and end dates for each fibre distribution hub area within the Velocity Estates.
