Accordingly, the aim of this research is to evaluate the effects of lactic acid bacteria Lactococcus lactis subs. lactis, used as feed additive, on gilthead sea bream (Sparus aurata) growth performance, feed utilization, and intestinal structural morphology, immune response, and microbiota ecosystem.These samples contain the raw data of a 16S metagenomics sequencing (V3-V4, 301-805 nt) obtained from the three different dies included in this analysis.
