Carnival in Brazil: number of car accidents 2018-2020

During the 2020 Carnival in Brazil, there were 1,210 car accidents in federal highways in the country, which shows a slight increase in relation to the previous year. Though in comparison to 2018, the number of such fatal events during the festivities dropped by more than 20 percent.
