Supplementary Material: Pathogenetic characteristics of human isolates of Streptococcus suis in Henan Province from 2020 to 2023

This dataset is supplementary material for the paper "Pathogenetic characteristics of human isolates of Streptococcus suis in Henan Province from 2020 to 2023" (Table S1). Table S1 presents metadata for 246 human isolates of S. suis retrieved from the NCBI database, including geographic origin, collection year, sequence type (ST), serotype, and GenBank accession numbers. These data were used for phylogenetic analyses based on genome-wide sequence alignments.
