资源简介:
The integration of phthalocyanine molecules in molecular spintronic devices has long been investigated and different magnetoresistance effects have been reported. These previous studies pointed out the hybridization at the ferromagnet/molecule interface and suggested its important contribution to the device properties. In this proposal, we aim to study the case of various novel Chloroboron subphthalocyanine derivatives (Cl-BsubPc-X) on Nickel (Ni), Cobalt (Co) and permalloy (NiFe) surfaces epitaxially grown on Au(111). By the mean of X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and Magnetic Circular Dichroism (XMCD), we seek to explore the interface electronic and structural properties as well as the magnetic properties of the metallic surfaces in order to characterize the spin dependent hybridization, to understand the spin injection mechanisms and to determine the measured magnetoresistance origin in our devices.
