该数据包含了东莞市2023年8月以来东莞市控规调整信息。根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》开展工作,该数据来源自然资源局东莞市规划管理业务全流程网上服务系统-无纸化业务审批及规划一张图系统，记录了控规调整信息数据，目前可供东莞市发改局订阅使用。主要数据包括项目名称、项目代码、镇街上报材料时间（收件时间）、市局发出补正通知的退件通知时间、镇街补正材料完成时间、市自然资源局审查通过时间、发出批前公示通知时间、镇街开展批前公示时间、完成批前公示时间、镇街申请报送规委会审议时间、规委会审议通过时间、市政府审批通过时间等。

This dataset contains regulatory detailed planning adjustment information of Dongguan City since August 2023. The work is conducted in accordance with the "Construction Law of the People's Republic of China". The data is sourced from the paperless business approval and planning one-map system of the full-process online service platform for planning management under the Dongguan Bureau of Natural Resources, which records the regulatory detailed planning adjustment information. Currently, this dataset is available for subscription and use by the Dongguan Municipal Development and Reform Bureau. The main data items include: project name, project code, time when the town/street submits materials (receipt time), time when the municipal bureau issues the rejection notice with rectification requirements, time when the town/street completes the submission of supplementary materials, time when the Dongguan Bureau of Natural Resources passes the review, time when the pre-approval public notice is issued, time when the town/street launches the pre-approval public notice, time when the pre-approval public notice is completed, time when the town/street applies to submit the proposal to the Municipal Planning Committee for review, time when the Municipal Planning Committee passes the review, and time when the Dongguan Municipal Government approves the final review.
