Targeting COP I elicits CD8+ T cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity in preclinical models of Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma (scRNA-seq)

To illustrate the effects of COPI on the tumor immune microenvironment, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis to interrogate phenotypic and functional alterations of immune cells in Myr-AKT/YAPS127A- driven iCCA with (NAV) or without NAV2729(MOCK,30mg/kg) treatment. Overall design: CD45+ population isolated from single cells pooled with six tumors per group were used for scRNA-seq.
