This study investigates transcriptomic and epigenetic changes in mouse CD4+ T cells under Th17 polarization conditions and treatment with IMU-935. RNA-seq and ChIP-seq (targeting RORgt) were performed to characterize transcriptional profiles and transcription factor binding patterns. The goal is to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the drug response.
