OIMHS dataset

OIMHS dataset consists of 3859 B-scan images of 119 patients with pixel annotation of retina, macular hole, intraretinal cysts, and choroid. The quality of each image was evaluated including low signal strength, signal shield and image blur. We believe this dataset will allow interested researchers to better segment macular holes and train their models, which will benefit the further development of macular hole segmentation and clinical research.

OIMHS数据集包含119例患者的3859张B扫描（B-scan）眼底影像，针对视网膜、黄斑裂孔、视网膜内囊肿以及脉络膜（choroid）完成了像素级标注。所有影像均经过质量评估，评估维度涵盖信号强度偏低、信号遮挡与图像模糊。本数据集可助力感兴趣的研究者更好地开展黄斑裂孔分割任务与模型训练，有望推动黄斑裂孔分割技术的进一步发展以及相关临床研究的进步。
