Thirty patients with advanced melanoma were recruited to a clinical trial investigating the therapeutic cancer vaccine, UV1, in combination with pembrolizumab. Whole exome sequencing was performed on melanoma biopsies to determine tumor mutational burden and association with response to therapy.
