Parallel Anti-Sense Concurrent One-Pot/Two-Step Cascade for the Asymmetric Biocatalytic Amination of Racemic sec-Alcohols

The deposited dataset includes: (i) free induction decay (FID) files, acquisition parameters, and processing details for the recorded 1H and 13C{1H} NMR spectra of a set of compounds (e.g., amines and amides), and (ii) raw, unprocessed HPLC analytical data of racemic amides, and their respective optically enriched enantiomeric forms. This data consists of supplementary data for an article entitled: "Parallel Anti-Sense Concurrent One-Pot/Two-Step Cascade for the Asymmetric Biocatalytic Amination of Racemic sec-Alcohols", which has been submitted to the ChemCatChem journal (Online ISSN:1867-3899) on 13 February 2026.
