资源简介:
Our research team developed a psychological intervention model specifically for pulmonary nodule patients exhibiting anxiety and depressive symptoms. A total of 160 participants were recruited and randomly assigned into two groups. The experimental group consisted of 80 patients who received cognitive behavioral group therapy (CBGT) interventions, while the control group included 80 patients who did not receive CBGT treatment. Anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and social functioning were assessed using standardized scales such as the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), and generalized overall quality of life-74 (GOQL-74). Data collection occurred at four time points: before the intervention, 8 weeks, 3 months and 6 months. Results: Anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms and poor sleep were significantly improved in the CBGT intervention group. In terms of social function, the psychological state of the CBGT group was better, and there were no significant differences in other indicators. Conclusion: CBGT interventions are beneficial for the mental health of patients with pulmonary nodules and anxiety and depression. The psychotherapy model we have constructed is a relative well protocol worthy of clinical use.
