This experiment was carried out to study the mechanism of flowering regulation of Eremopyrum triticeum. E. triticeum seeds were sown in the experimental field at Shihezi University in 2022. Tissue samples of E. triticeum during three developmental stages were collected for RNA-seq: the vegetative stage (VS), the booting stage (BS) and the flowering stage (FS). At the VS stage on April 5th, the leaf samples were collected. At the BS stage on May 15th and the FS stage on June 10th, the ear samples were collected, respectively. Three biological replicates were performed for each sample.Samples from the VS, BS and FS stages were subjected to RNA isolation using EASYspin Plant microRNA Kit. RNA quality and integrity were measured using a NanoDrop 2000 spectrophotometer prior to RNA-seq. Transcriptome sequencing was performed on an Illumina Hi-Seq 2000 platform with three independent biological replicates.
