Each sequence header contains a unique zOTU identifier corresponding to the abundance tables. These sequences represent the fungal diversity associated with Caladenia huegelii habitats. curated_zotuTable 1.tab:Tab-delimited file containing the raw abundance counts of fungal zOTUs across all soil samples. Rows represent individual zOTUs, and columns represent samples. Each cell contains the number of sequence reads per zOTU per sample. Includes taxonomic assignments (Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species) for each zOTU.
