Sidescan sonar survey (300 kHz) during R/V Heincke cruise HE505 in the German Bight with link to raw data files@en

Sidescan sonar data were collected during R/V Heincke cruise HE505 with a towed multi pulse Edgetech 4200-MP. Data recording was executed along 79 parallel profiles in North Sea within German EEZ. The survey speed was ~5 knots and the swath set to 140 to 300 m depending on the study site to obtain a resolution of up to 25 cm along track. In total 96 km² were area-wide mapped.本数据集为“海因克号”（R/V Heincke）考察航次HE505期间，采用拖曳式多脉冲EdgeTech 4200-MP侧扫声呐（sidescan sonar）采集得到的侧扫声呐数据。数据采集作业在德国专属经济区（Exclusive Economic Zone, EEZ）内的北海海域开展，沿79条平行测线完成数据记录。本次调查航速约5节，根据作业区域调整声呐覆盖宽度为140至300米，以实现沿测线方向最高25厘米的空间分辨率。本次作业累计完成96平方千米的全域海底测绘。
