Raster files of the results presented in "Observation-based assessment of secondary water effects on seasonal vegetation decay across Africa". - "rawShapValues.nc": Raw SHAP values of the modelled lambda as direct and interaction effects of terrain, climate, and vegetation. - "normalizedTerrainImportance.nc": Normalized importance of terrain parameters on the spatial variation of lambda. Contains total importance of land and it's components as direct-terrain effects, and the interaction effects of terrain-climate, and terrain-vegetation. Please refer to the publication "Characterizing the Response of Vegetation Cover to Water Limitation in Africa Using Geostationary Satellites" for the details of lambda.
