资源简介:
The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of early nasogastric (NG) and nasoejunal (NON) probe feeding in patients with predictors of severe acute pancreatitis on the course and outcome of the disease.Materials and methods. An open, randomized, controlled study was conducted in the intensive care unit (ICU) of JSC MSCH "Neftyanik" Tyumen in the period from November 2012 to October 2018, 64 patients with predictors of severe acute pancreatitis (APACHE II >8, CRP >150 mg/l, SOFA >2) were distributed by the envelope method for early (first 24 hours) nasogastric and nasoejunal nutrition. A standard polymer nutrient mixture enriched with dietary fibers was introduced in the first 5 days, taking into account its tolerability. Statistical processing of the material was performed by the SPSS - 26 software package.
