Bacteria from Aquilaria sinensis. wood decay metagenome

Five types of wound tissues of A. sinensis trees could form five common types of agarwood, including Bantou (BT), Kezi (KZ), Dapian (DP), Yaxiang (YX) and Baoyou (BY). Bantou was formed in transverse section of wounded main trunk of A. sinensis tree. Kezi was the agarwood product formed in transverse section of wounded lateral branch of A. sinensis tree. Dapian was produced in transverse section of the half of wounded main trunk in A. sinensis tree. Yaxiang was obtained in longitudinal section of the main trunk in A. sinensis tree and Baoyou was usually produced in the main trunk near root which encapsulated by surrounding tissue.
