Compilation of composition, measurement medium, alloy verification and plasmon positions in Au–Ag bimetallic nanoparticles

Dataset supporting the manuscript "Composition, medium and verification in Au–Ag bimetallic nanoparticle plasmonics: an original compilation and quantitative analysis of the published literature." The deposit contains sample-level data extracted from 93 published papers, with every quantitative value carrying a verbatim source quotation and page number: source quotations, exclusion decisions and their reasons, derived composition values, model inputs and predicted positions, residuals, verification categories, figure source data, and a log of corrections made during the work.
