Keystone tree species sustain forest ecosystem functioning, yet their intraspecific adaptive potential under climate change remains poorly characterized in East Asian evergreen broadleaf forests. Here, we integrate landscape genomics with ecological niche modeling to investigate climate adaptation in the dominant oak, Quercus glauca, across its full range.
