Record-level classification data and code for "From Air to Immersion Data Center Cooling Review"

This deposit contains the record-level keyword classification of 3,407 Scopus records (2017–2026) used in the bibliometric review of data-center cooling research, together with the classification code (classify_v2.py). Each record is identified by its Scopus EID and DOI and carries flags for the cooling-related subset and five non-exclusive categories: air and airflow, liquid and immersion, thermal materials, AI control, and waste heat. Full Scopus records (titles and abstracts) are not included because of Scopus licence terms.
