Reproducing G from Single-Star Surface Observables — φ = L/(M a) [m/s] (Consistency Framework; Solar Example)

Manual research-code methodology to reproduce G from a single star’s surface observables {L, R, M, a} using the operational relation φ = L/(M a) [m/s]. G is computed two independent ways (a R²/M and L R²/(M² φ)) and benchmarked against CODATA; the Solar example closes at +0.106% (consistency check). Includes a plug-and-play spreadsheet template and the exact conditions required for a future non-circular single-star estimate of G.
