CPS2 Plot Ratio Plan

This dataset contains spatial boundaries for Plot Ratio Plans relating to the City of Perth Planning Scheme No.2 The Plot Ratio Plan determines the development potential on each lot under the City of Perth's planning authority. Plot ratio is written as a ratio i.e. a site of 1000msq with a plot ratio of 6:1 can develop a maximum of 6000msq of floor space. Therefore the higher the plot ratio of a site the greater its development potential.
