THE ANCIENT FORM OF THE MASTER-APPRENTICE TRADITION IN MAQOM EDUCATION

From a practical point of view, a mentor is a perfect person who has thoroughly mastered the secrets and mysteries of a particular field of specialization and reached the highest level of mastery of a craft. For example, in music, a master is a musician who plays a melody, adds something of their own, and elevates their skill to the level of fine art. Creative talent in art is, of course, a supreme blessing bestowed by God. It is cherished by the teacher as a sacred ability. The secrets of mastered art can only be shared with dear children and the most devoted students.
