SPON: H. spontaneous; VUL-LR: H. vulgare Landraces, VUL-IG: H. vulgare Cultivars or Improved genotypes. The number in bracket indicates the number of plants which were scored and measured. Most frequent haplotypes within each population are highlighted in bold.
