County Health Rankings & Roadmaps relational data

The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program provides data on U.S. county-level health indicators, supporting research and action in population health research, health policy, and community wellbeing. This initial zenodo release contains 15 years of county-level health measures (2010–2025) for nearly every county in the United States. The relational hierarchy of measure metadata is especially useful for analysts interested in exploring measure definitions, weights, and model placement. Each year-specific subfolder contains the relational data for that year’s release.
