LEE: NSSL Mobile Sounding Quality Controlled (QC) Meteorological Data. Version 1.0

This dataset contains the data from National Severe Storms Laboratory (NSSL) mobile sounding systems provided in support of the Lake Effect Electrification (LEE) experiment that took place in the winter of 2022/2023 near Oswego, NY. The NSSL Mobile Sounding units were operated in LEE in collaboration with SUNY Oswego to sample the vertical environment inside lake effect snow bands during electric field meter and PASIV soundings. There were generally two sounding systems available, one from the NSSL Probe 1 vehicle and one from the NSSL Lidar truck vehicle. Please see the readme for more information.

本数据集收录了为支持2022/2023年冬季在纽约州奥斯威戈市附近开展的湖效带电效应（Lake Effect Electrification, LEE）实验所获取的美国国家强风暴实验室（National Severe Storms Laboratory, NSSL）移动探空系统数据。本次实验中，国家强风暴实验室的移动探空设备与纽约州立大学奥斯威戈分校（SUNY Oswego）协同作业，在电场仪及PASIV探空过程中，对湖效降雪带内部的垂直大气环境进行采样观测。本次实验共配备两套探空系统：一套来自国家强风暴实验室的Probe 1探测车，另一套来自其激光雷达（Lidar）卡车。详细信息请参阅readme文件。
