T cell receptor sequencing of selected tissues under healthy physiological conditions

T cells mediate adaptive immunity in diverse anatomic compartments through recognition of specific antigens via unique T cell receptor structures. To understand the tissue distribution of T cell receptor repertoire, we investigated the T cell receptor repertoires of sixteen tissues in healthy wild type mice using high-throughput T cell receptor sequencing.We revealed patterns of clonal sharing between different tissues that are shared across mice.
