Advancing iris melanoma brachytherapy: 3D dosimetric datasets from Monte Carlo simulations of eye plaque brachytherapy
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the datasets associated with the dataset article: Djedouani M, Viner A, Fletcher EM, Thomson RM. Advancing iris melanoma brachytherapy: Eye plaque models for Monte Carlo simulations and 3D dosimetric datasets. Med Phys. 2026;e70439.https://doi.org/10.1002/mp.70439 Monte Carlo simulations of eye plaques used in iris melanoma treatments were performed using the EGSnrc application egs_brachy. Voxelized three-dimensional dose distributions for each plaque (Iris-180, Iris-270, Iris-360, Iris-270-No-Lips and COMS-No-Insert) for radionuclides 125I (OncoSeed 6711), 103Pd (TheraSeed 200) and 131Cs (CS-1 Rev2) are distributed here. In addition to 3D dose distributions for the plaques modeled in a water phantom, each folder contains dose distributions for the seeds in water with no interseed attenuation (TG-43 simulation conditions; the plaque backing and insert are replaced with water).
