This dataset comprises the detailed quantitative parameters and analytical outputs generated during the development of the Industry 4.0 Maturity Model using Item Response Theory (IRT) and the Continuous Proficiency Scaling (CPS) framework. These data are central to the findings presented in the study titled "Continuous Proficiency Scaling in IRT: A Scaling Framework Using Jenks Natural Breaks – An Industry 4.0 Maturity Case Study."
The dataset includes:
IRT Item Parameters: Estimated discrimination ('ai') and difficulty ('bi,k') parameters for all 74 items and their respective categories, derived from the graded response model.
Endorsement Probabilities: Probabilities of item endorsement at various proficiency levels, calculated based on the IRT parameters.

Item Clustering Results: The assignment of anchor and regular item categories into the six identified proficiency levels through Jenks Natural Breaks clustering, including details on level adjustments and expert validation.
