nCounter mouse immune exhaustion panel in 4t1 breast cancer treated with repeat intratumoral influenza vaccine

Murine 4T1 breast cancer was grown in vivo and treated with repeat intratumoral influenza vaccine. Flash frozen tissue evaluated by nCounter mouse immune exhaustion panel. Murine 4T1 breast cancer was established in vivo and upon palpable size was treated with repeat intratumoral influenza vaccine. Mice sacrificed 20 days later and tumor tissue taken to examine tumor microenviroment by nanostring murine immune exhaustion panel.
