Dataset for: Digital Agriculture Adoption Barriers Among Farmers in Puntland, Somalia: A Cross-Sectional Study of Bosaso, Carmo, and Garowe Districts.

This dataset contains primary survey responses from 110 agricultural stakeholders across the Bosaso, Garowe, and Carmo districts in Puntland, Somalia. The data was collected to identify and rank technical, economic, and socio-cultural barriers to the adoption of Digital Agriculture (ICT4Ag). The dataset includes: Socio-demographic profiles (Age, Gender, Education, Location). Hardware ownership patterns (Smartphone vs. Feature phone). Likert-scale ratings for 8 specific barriers including internet cost, digital skills, electricity access, and language barriers. Awareness vs. Usage rates for tools such as weather forecasting and mobile money. This data supports the manuscript "Digital Agriculture Adoption Barriers Among Farmers in Puntland, Somalia" and provides baseline evidence for digital transformation policy in post-conflict agrarian economies.
