(MD5: a33ba4b340e2c7ca0745bfbf9239685e) Description Database Subset The file bety.sql contains the database schema and data used in the analysis. This is the same database that is included in the PEcAn 1.1 virtual machine found at http://hdl.handle.net/2142/34619 with source code found at: http://hdl.handle.net/2142/34655. This file contains the subset of the database used in the present analysis, including the data in Tables A1 and A2 as well as metadata tables and the database schema. This subset was generated from the production version of BETYdb using the script from the /bash/dump.db.subset.sh file in the PEcAn source code, which calls the mysqldump command to generate tables that can easily be imported using the command “/bash/create.db.subset.sh inst/extdata/bety.sql”. This is the same database that is included in the PEcAn 1.1 virtual machine. Figure S1 provides an illustration of the database schema, and the database user’s guide is provided as the file dbdocumentation_users.pdf. This subset was generated from the production version of BETYdb using the script from the PEcAn source/bash/dump.db.subset.sh. This database can be imported to mysql with the command /bash/create.db.subset.sh bety.sql.
