IL-22 resolves MASLD via enterocyte STAT3 restoration of diet perturbed intestinal homeostasis [16s rDNA-seq]

IL22 induces antimicrobial peptides which influnce microbiota. We used 16s rRNA gene sequencing (16s DNA-seq) to analyze the microbiota with Fc or IL-22Fc treatment. Male Il22ra1f/f, Il22ra1ΔHep, Il22ra1ΔIEC and C57BL/6 mice with Abx (10 weeks old) were fed with HFD+30% fructose water for 16 weeks, and were intraperitoneally (i.p.) injected with 10μg mFc or rmIL-22-Fc /mouse every 3 days for last 4 weeks. We collected the colon feces from above mice were subjected to 16s DNA sequencing.
