We found a novel Cpf1 family member (here referred as WZ_Cpf1) with comparable genome editing activity to that of As-, Lb- and FnCpf1s. To further characterize its PAM preference, we utilized two reporter systems including PAM-DOSE system and in-vitro protein-based assay. Here shows the dataset from NGS.
