It was a trial conducted in the experimental fields of CIP San Ramon station (Peru). Multispectral and thermal aerial images were acquired in two trials composed of 249 sweet potato genotypes from the CIP genebank. The trials were: 1) Control treatment, with genotypes grown under optimal conditions, and 2) Virus treatment, which consisted of three replications, with the accessions surrounded by plants infected with sweet potato virus disease (SPVD). In this dataset, we present only the multispectral data from the virus treatment.
