KDFWR Fee-In-Lieu-Of Mitigation Program Basins

"FILO" is the Fee-In-Lieu-Of mitigation program administered by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. Most of the areas are in watershed basins based on 8-digit Hydrological Unit Code (HUC 8) boundaries. The Eastern Coalfield physiographic province is used to divide some watersheds. The Northern Kentucky Service Area is used for 9 counties in place of HUC8 . This is used to document the FILO Instrument service areas. Watershed basins based on HUC8 level boundaries.
