THE ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS IN THE FORMATION OF CHILDREN'S RIGHTS PROTECTION LEGISLATION IN UZBEKISTAN
收藏资源简介:
This thesis examines the role of international legal standards in the formation and development of children's rights protection legislation in Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and its influence on national legislation, constitutional reforms and institutional mechanisms. The study applies historical, comparative legal and documentary analysis to identify the principal stages of legislative development between 1994 and 2026. The findings indicate that international standards have contributed to the establishment of legal guarantees, the strengthening of institutional oversight and the introduction of specific measures against violence towards children. However, effective implementation remains an important challenge.
