This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of developing hard skills that play a significant role in the professional formation of future psychologists within the context of psychological counseling. The study reveals the mechanisms for developing diagnostic, communicative, analytical, and reflective skills based on the structural components of counseling activity.
