Genome annotation dataset for Serrodes campana

This dataset provides the genome annotation resources for Serrodes campana, including gene structure annotations and sequence data derived from a chromosome-level genome assembly. The whole genome shotgun project has been deposited at DDBJ/ENA/GenBank under the accession JBVVXX000000000 (temporary accession; will be updated upon completion of NCBI processing). The dataset includes:(1) Gene annotation file in GFF3 format;(2) Coding DNA sequences (CDS);(3) Predicted protein sequences. These data support the genome assembly and annotation described in the associated study and can be used for downstream comparative genomics and functional analyses.
