NRS-20527 | Occurrence Books [Terrigal Fire Station]

This series comprises hand written volumes which detail the routine running of the Terrigal Fire Station recording fires and fire attendance, training exercises (drills), equipment inspections, turnouts, and station parades, along with special events such as the retirement of long serving fire fighters. From July 1993, when Fire Records Books ceased to be maintained, Occurrence Books became the main record of daily activity at country fire stations.The time of each event or the notification time for each incident is logged with description of the occurrence and the names of personnel responding also listed. Columns are headed: Special items, Hours/Minutes [time] and Occurrences.An electronic occurrence books rollout commenced from July 2012 for Metropolitan stations and was completed in October 2012. The regional stations rollout commenced in February 2013 and concluded in September 2013. Physical occurrence books will no longer be generated. (1)Endnote1. 本系列由手写卷宗组成，详细记录了泰里格尔消防站（Terrigal Fire Station）的日常运营事务，涵盖火灾事件、出勤情况、训练演习、设备巡检、出动出勤及站务列队等活动，同时收录长期任职消防员退休等特殊事件。
自1993年7月火灾记录簿停止维护起，事件记录簿成为乡村消防站日常活动的主要记录载体。每条事件的发生时间或对应警情的接警时间均会被登记，同时记录事件详情与出勤人员姓名。
表格列标题依次为：特殊事项、小时/分钟[时间]及事件详情。
都市消防站的电子事件记录簿部署工作于2012年7月启动，并于同年10月完成；区域消防站的部署工作则于2013年2月启动，同年9月收尾。
此后将不再生成纸质事件记录簿。
