To investigate the mechanism by which SOX1-OT V1 regulates neural differentiation, The sample from d0, d4, d10, d16D (dorsal) and d16V (ventral) of neural differentiation were collected to perform RNA-seq assays to quantitate gene expression in control group and SOX1-OT V1-PAKI group. Overall design: Examination of gene expression in Ctrl group and SOX1-OT V1-PAKI group during d0, d4, d10 and d16 in hESC neural differentiation.
