Exposure of zebrafish embryos to 2- and 6-hydroxychrysene, chrysene and phenanthrene to assess developmental toxicity

To evaluate the role of estrogen signaling on the effects of 2- and 6-OHCHR on zebrafish during embryogenesis, zebrafish embryos were exposed to 0.5-10 μM of 2- or 6-hydroxychrysene (OHCHR) from 2 hours post-fertilization (hpf) until 76 hpf. This dataset contains raw gene expression data, pericardial area, fluorescence, survival, and deformity data for zebrafish exposed to 2-OHCHR and 6-OHCHR.
